They tear us apart
Pulling out the stitches with a knife
You say you're dreaming but you're looking at the stars
If you wanted to go then do it and leave my life
Beautiful lies
You think that they don't hurt
But they're slowly killing us inside
I don't want this pain building in my heart
I'd rather you just stop and say goodbye
I can't make you stay
I can't hold you tight
She doesn't realize that you can't steal someone if they want to leave
Even when you go you still keep telling yourself those beautiful lies

This one sits rather dubiously in my heart, I know the pain of the words I see and how it feels. I can appreciate the raw emotion and also feel it stir within my own soul as I do. Beautiful, tragically so.
